Job Description

Pathways In Education is a Non-Profit School who works alongside their students to design individualized learning plans. We work to effectively meet their unique academic, social-emotional, and scheduling needs through a blended teaching model. We utilize one-on-one instruction and tutoring, independent study, online learning, small group classes, cultural immersion, and hands-on activities.

The Regional Director oversees multiple charter/contract schools in multiple states grouped geographically. The prime directive of this position is to accomplish the goals of the Instructional Team revolving around the three main focuses of: Academics, Student Progression, and School Culture. This position will be based out of Chicago and travel to Idaho campus 20% of the time.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with Halstead staff, school site teachers, instructional staff, district personnel, and community based organizations.
• Works closely with education program supervisors and managers; while evaluating teacher performance.
• Supports in projecting annual revenue for each charter/contract school.
• Monitors and supports supervisors and their assigned areas to ensure schools and programs are being maximized.

Requirements:
• PhD or Masters in Education.
• Admin credential preferred.
• At least 10 years teaching experience.
• At least 5 years experience in school administration.
